A remix of cmpunter's SSD adapter. I added bottom mounting holes for those applications which require them, and also added fillets to reduce stresses and give a smoother look & feel. Clean the holes with a #32 drill if necessary. This adapter will work in any mounting situation except a hot swap tray.
