AMS Holders

**this design is specifically made for the 48" Harbor Freight Yukon desk, I have attached the step file, so they may be modified if needed**

**For best results, print the holder arms laying down on their side for maximum strength, also I used PETG for mine**

This is a 2 piece mount designed to bolt on the top shelf, the AMS Holder Brace mounts underneath the top to add extra stability, the metal is too flimsy to support it on its own. The Drill Template is for you to lay out where you are going to drill the holes at. The AMS Holder Arm is where the AMS will sit on the front rubber pads.

When laying out where to drill the holes, the center of the holes should be spaced out 11.5" apart. After installation, the arms should be approximately 13.4375" as pictured, there is a generous amount of tolerance where the pads sit so it doesn't have to be exact, but as close as you can get it.

The Holder Brace can be a little tricky to install, I bolted the pieces through the holes, and then I drilled the holes from underneath for the wood screws to attach the brace to the top board.

Here is the hardware I used, a metric equivalent might also work but I have not tested it

- #6-32 x 2-1/2" long socket head cap screws for top hole (2 per AMS)

- #6-32 x 1/2" long socket head cap screws for bottom hole (2 per AMS)

- #6-32 nylon insert lock nuts for all holes (4 per AMS)

- #4 x 1/2" wood screw with countersink head for brace (4 per AMS)
