10.8L 3D Printed SFF PC Case

This print requires a build area of ~250mm x 250mm to print all parts in one piece.

Hardware Support:

PSU: ATX or SFX PSU up to ~150mm in length, more without front fans/SSD

GPU: Dual slot up to 200mm in length

CPU Cooler: 100mm height with SFX PSU, 75mm height with ATX PSU

Cooling: Front mounted 120/140mm, top mounted 120/140mm fans

Storage: 2.5in SSD Bracket (swap for fans, up to 2)

Additionally, there is the option to use the “- M3 Inserts” or “- M3 Blind” files. 

If you have the capability and desire to add M3 heat-set inserts, feel free to print the “- M3 Inserts” files! This was the intended design of the case and will allow you to remove parts in the future with ease. 

If you'd liked to avoid using those, you can use M3 screws directly into the “-M3 Blind” Files, but be more careful during assembly/disassembly. I would also recommend slicing with thicker walls to prevent tear out.

Recommended Print Materials/Settings:

Motherboard Plate: PETG (or PLA)

Rear IO Plate - PETG (or PLA)

All other parts - PLA

Layer Height: 0.16mm/0.20mm

Sparse Infill: 20%

Sparse Infill Type: Gyroid

Wall Loops: 4

Supports: OFF! All parts have been designed to be printed flat with no supports.

Total Mass: ~1kg (depending on material and settings)

Part List:

The only parts that require multiple prints are the Feet (4x total), Side Panel (2x total), USB spacer (2x total), and the Motherboard Spacers (4x total). Otherwise print one of each piece as needed.
