I used Sovol's official STEP files for the front and back panels and borrowed the honeycomb style idea. The tolerances on iffy, so unless you printer is dialed in perfectly, expect to be reaming out the holes.
Both times I printed these, the holes were slightly off. I double checked positioning against Sovol's STEP files and it's spot on. I just reamed out the holes to 5mm and was able to get everything together.
The clearance on the rear grill and the HBP cable support zip tie can be really close. Triple check your clearance by hand before trying to print with the rear grill installed. I had to install a new zip tie in a different orientation to avoid them hitting.
This will fit diagonally on the SV06+ build plate, but just barely. I'm no good at chopping models up so full size it is.
