This is a complete from scratch redesign of my BT-60 3d printable AV bay with the aim of making it easier to print, more reliable and toolless setup in the field.
designed for used with the Eggtimer Quark flight computer (but i have included Step and fusion 360 files for those that want to modify)
Parts:
- Switch: Omron SS-5
- Wago 221 pass through connectors x4
- 6x M2 brass inserts and bolts (for securing switch, flight computer and switch ring anchors)
- 2x M3 brass inserts and bolts (for securing switch ring to sled.
- M4 threaded rod and eyes for holding everything together
I will admit that final assembly and wiring of this one is a little tricky, but once done is super tidy and offers toolless setup in field in minutes.
