This is a filament holder for horizontal or slightly angled from horizontal.
I need to be able to use my 2300g (and bigger) spools on some low shelves in my printer room, and the only way is to keep them horizontal.
I printed on my XL with 0,32mm height on a 0,6mm nozzle with PLA. Infill 15% cubic, but this is a personal preference. As is layer height and nozzle size.
Only support needed is on Angle Adjuster, for the rod and “handle” part.

- Printed parts
- 1x 6" lazy suzan turntable (I used one lazy suzan turntable like this from Amazon or Ali Express. I'm sure you also can find similar hardware elsewhere.)
- 1x ø4mmx155cm aluminum or brass tube (or similar)
- 8x M3x5,7mm heat inserts (I use these from CNCKitchen)
- 8x M3 washers
- 8x M3x6mm screws
