Some E3D Toolchangers feature left-hand side cutouts for both the Hemera and the Titan extruders. This shim allows you to mount a Titan (or other through-panel-mount) extruder on one of these panels.
This is designed to match the thickness of the rear panel - if it prints slightly too thick, the extruder will be able to move around. You might need to scale it down in the Z slightly.
This also contains a V6 dock with a larger Bowden hole to accommodate 2.85mm hotends.
