Minimalist filament cutter designed for the EVA34M1 toolhead by Jon (https://jon-harper.github.io/E34M1/), intended to have wide compatibility with all extruders, tested with Sherpa mini.
Goes underneath the extruder mount, uses a #17 blade, an m2 self-tapping screw to mount the blade to the arm, an m3x8 screw to attach the arm to the base, and a pen spring (may need to be slightly cut down to fit without popping out). If spring isn't able to pop the arm back out, wear in the arm by moving it back and forth until it does.
Includes two variations of pusher block one sticking out more than the other.

- Slightly increased blade spacing so a pen spring is sufficient, the previous spring was too stiff and would eventually damage the cutter.
- Adjusted spring retainers to hold a pen spring.
- Fixed the retaining notch so the handle can't swing back far enough to drop the spring.
