If you are like me sitting all day in front of your computer (not giving s**t about posture) the trigger box set by blackroll works wonders for the aching back and shoulders (btw: I am not getting paid to say that, I am just happy that it works for me).

However, I was always struggling a lot when using the trigger on a wall. It was quite difficult to get the right position and to keep it there, mostly due to my lack of mobility.
So I designed this small extension, which allows me to find all the nasty pain points on my back.
For my grip I used a pipe with 20mm diameter, which was a leftover from a previous project. If you do not have access to one of these, I added pipe for 3D printing. Just scale it in z-direction to the length you need.
The main part and the connector have a loose fit, so you should glue them together.
Also I added some rubber on the back of the main part in order to protect the wall and increase friction.
