I really liked PC2CV's holder, but I didn't need the coin slots, so I made it into a storage compartment. The cover can be removed quite easily by pushing on the left side. Lid isn't modified, but uploaded it because then you can download it at once.
I printed it in 0.2 layer height and PLA, but any setting should work. No supports needed.
