Bracket to mount and adjust 2040 extrusion and connect to fixed 2020 extrusion.
Turned out to be very snug fitting that allows to adjust the 2040 extrusion without need for bolts, whilst being snug enough that it won't move without said force.
Maybe would need bolts if you are using just one.
