This is a mounting caddy for the RP2040 Advanced Breakout and Basic Breakout Boards.
No need for heat-set inserts on this one, just use some M3 button top bolts around 10mm in length and screw directly into the PLA.
The caddy is flat on the bottom and can be stuck to various other materials with some double sided tape or adhesives.
I have tested this print on my Bambu X1C with the following changes to a stock configuration:
- 0.4mm nozzel
- 4 Wall loops
- 4 Bottom shell layers
- Honeycomb sparse infill pattern
Given the small size of this its also fine to print at 100% infill.
This was printed in matte black PLA from Bambu.
