The Park Tool SBS-1.2 comes with every basic bit and socket you need to repair your bike, but no portable storage solution. Here is my attempt to remedy the situation. I tried to make an ergonomic design while keeping it as simple as possible. I measured all the bits, made sure they all snapped well in place, and that every thing was properly labelled. As a lazy maker, I really hate to have to buy extra stuff to make my prints work, so everything is 3d printable, even the hinges.

Printing Instructions

Nozzle Size: 0.6 (suggested)

This model was made for faster printing with a 0.6 Nozzle, but should print just fine with any nozzle size.

Support: not needed

I added more material to the bridging parts of the model so that you can cut any excess. For example, I printed mine in PETG, and I only had a few strings to cut under the bottom part where the flap clicks.

Material: Any filament with good layer adherence

Assembly

Just push the two halves of the bit holder together where the hinge has recesses in the bottom part. Then, push the flap so that the holes on both of its sides align with the prongs in the front of the box. Be sure to cut any string that didn't bridge well for a perfect fit. Now, you can add all your bits in the holder, and go repair those bikes!

Please note that my printed version in the photos is the prototype. It had only a few “defects”, and it was very functional. I didn't see the need to re-print the new version, but I made sure the version you are downloading is 10x better than mine.
