UPDATE: Supports for back of machine
The only real printed part is the backer for the hinges.

Some 20mm ish m5 bolts and hammerhead nuts
5mm heatsets
Need a heatset press?
I enlarged the 2 3mm holes at the top corners of the back panel to 5.5 mm and drilled 2 more adjacent for the hinges. Once mounted straight set the top the way you want it and mark the holes on the acrylic. Don't press too hard when drilling to avoid cracking.
