Introducing our grout bag nozzle system, designed to protect your hands from cement and other substances. It's adaptable to fit any bag you choose, although we recommend using proper grout bags for best results. If you opt for other bags, the outcome is up to you.
The nozzle consists of three parts: the neck, clamp, and nozzle itself. To assemble, you'll need an 8mm nut and screw. I prefer using a thumb screw for easy installation without tools.
Installation:
- Insert the neck into the grout bag.
- Securely clamp the bag around the neck.
- Use a utility knife to cut along the thread, exposing it, being careful not to damage it.
- Screw the nozzle into place, and you're done!
Assembly Tips:
When assembling it, you'll find that the nut fits into a hole, but it may be challenging to insert. To ease the process, use a soldering iron to warm up the nut, melting the surrounding plastic. As the plastic softens, press the nut into the hole. The melted plastic will help to hold the nut securely in place, ensuring a snug fit.
The nozzle tip has threads for quick and easy replacement.
