Personally I fixed my charger with some double-sided tape inside the charging station.
Accept charger with the sizes:
- Up to 150x30mm
- Up to 75x40mm
Slot space is 21mm.
Printing recommendations:
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Print all with perimeters to avoid artifacts. I set it 20 to be sure. Walls are relatively small then the part can be totally filled. And I suggest for rigidity that the part is totally filled.
- Can be printed with “wood” filament (my choice). Then a 0.6mm nozzle is required.
- Can also be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle with another kind of filament.
- For printing reliability you may add an inner brim.
