I needed a zero-clearance insert for my Laguna 14BX bandsaw, so I decided to design it in Fusion 360 and 3D print it. I decided to start by replicating the stock insert. In was important to me to have threaded holes for the leveling set-screws (4mm). Once I got that perfected, I did a revision in Fusion 360 that produced a zero-clearance insert with a .5mm "tracing" gap so it could be fed into the blade to match the blade thickness. They fit perfectly and level without effort.
