This is a custom D style seat post (Orbea Orca 2024) mount for the Garmin Varia RTL515. I Printed it using Prusament PC-CF and Ninjatek Cheetah TPU on my Prusa XL Dual Head. I designed the mount this way so there is a TPU barrier between the PC-CF and my carbon fiber seat post. I used the twist lock part from Garmin Varia mount with 2 M3 x 8mm socket head screws to fasten it to the mount, a M5 x 10mm hex button head cap screw for the mounting screw.
I provide the individual STLs, but this was designed to be printed as one piece.
Parts List
Garmin Varia Twist lock ( out of their mount ) or you may be able to use a K-Edge Garmin Mount Replacement (search Amazon) but that would require using heat-set inserts. I'm not sure if they will fit in the 3.4mm mounting holes.
