This is a Printable Version of my GT CNC battery Box.
When printing recommended to print no les then 80% infill. PLA+ or CF
Increase the walls to no less then 5 for heat sinks. This works best with Raft and supports on build plate.
To Build Box box you will need the following parts
5x - M3x5x4 & 4, M5x7x7 Heatsinks. (See Included Heat sink Diagram)
22x - M3x12 Hex Screws
5x - M3x7 Hex Screws
4x - M5x10 Countersunk Head
Foam to fill around battery.
Recommended - Gasket sealer / Fish Tape
Lid is meant to Be CNC created not Printed. Send included Step file and PDF to JLCPCB (Recommended) or PCBway
Lens should be printed clear or used as guide to make clear lens.
(Lens Detentions are 162mm x 15.5mm x 2mm)
Gasket should be printed in TPU (Nija Flex)

This was a fun project. I will no be making any updates to this build as things in my life have changed.
