Bottle Tripod

I constructed this thing with Fusion 360 because the thing I specified as the remix basis didn't work as expected.

On the one hand, the lid does not have a screw cap for the drinking bottle, but is only attached to the lid of the bottle.After to the printout, it was far too big and didn't hold up. On the other hand, the cross-shaped pin on which you were supposed to attach or screw the camera also had no thread and was much too small.

So I tried with the 1/4" threads present in the Fusion 360 and an added PCO1881 Bottle thread to make this Bottle tripod screwable. Until I realized that the Fusion thread didn't fit. After some research, I found out that a 1/4" thread is not automatically a 1/4" thread, but can vary greatly. There is a 1/4"-16 with 16 pitches as stored in Fusion 360 and there is the photo thread 1/4"-20. So I created this thread as a database and integrated it into Fusion. You can download the XML file for 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 here.

Please exercise caution when unscrewing and unscrewing the camera. The thread is very thin.

Ich habe dieses Thing mit Fusion 360 konstruiert, weil das Thing welches ich als Remix Grundlage angegeben habe, nicht so funktioniert hat wie erwartet.

Zum einen hat der Deckel keinen Schraubverschluss für die Trinkflasche, sondern wird nur auf den Deckel der Flasche aufgesteckt. Er war nach dem Ausdruck viel zu groß und hat nicht gehalten. Zum anderen war der kreuzförmige Zapfen auf welchem man das Gewinde aufstecken oder aufschrauben sollte, ebenfalls kein Gewinde und viel zu klein.

Also habe ich versucht mit den im Fusion 360 vorhandenen 1/4"-Gewinden und einem hinzugefügten PCO1881 Flaschengewinde diesen Bottle tripod schraubbar zu machen. Bis ich feststellte dass das Gewinde aus Fusion nicht passt. Nach etwas Recherche fand ich heraus, dass ein 1/4" Gewinde nicht automatisch ein 1/4" Gewinde ist, sondern sehr unterschiedlich ausfallen kann. Es gibt ein 1/4"-16 mit 16 Steigungen wie in Fusion 360 hinterlegt ist und es gibt das Fotogewinde 1/4"-20. Also habe ich dieses Gewinde als Datenbank erstellt und in Fusion eingebunden. Du kannst dir die XML Datei für 1/4"-20 und 3/8" hier runterladen.

Bitte beim auf und abschrauben der Kamera etwas Vorsicht walten lassen. Das Gewinde ist sehr dünn.

Maybe you could drive in a shortened 60mmx2.5 nail. Or use an M3x10mm screw. To do this, you should have screwed the thread into the camera thread beforehand so that it doesn't expand too much as it is driven in and then no longer fit.

Eventuell könnte man einen gekürzten 60mmx2,5 Nagel hineintreiben. Oder eine M3x10mm Schraube verwenden. Dazu sollte man das Gewinde aber schon vorher in das Kameragewinde eingeschraubt haben, damit es sich durch das Hineintreiben nicht zu sehr ausdehnt und dann nicht mehr passt.
