This is a setup for 75mm x 5" Grains. The tray is Set for four 0.875 cores, and one 1' core.

Edit: After trying these myself, I suggest spraying a little release agent inside the sleeves while you are spraying the spacers. A little leakage will make it try to stick. You could also put a couple holes at the bottom to help push out the grain, but I believe the release agent will be sufficient.
There are two 5" sleeves made for loki style casting tubes, 0.875 core, and 1' core.
The tray has recesses for four 0.875 coring rods and one 1" coring rod.
There are convex spacers of both core sizes that you would place convex side up into the bottom of your casting tube. This will shape one end of your grain so no hand cutting is required. Use a good release agent on the spacer and it should pop off the grain after it is cured.
The dimensions are tested using ABS, and are set to have a snug fit on the coring rods. I can make core size changes on request.
The sleeve is 5.1” so you have enough length to square grain ends after curing.
