Ein Modell einer Hot-Rod Karosse für ein 1/10 RC Auto.

Ich habe es bei mir auf ein sehr altes Graupner Buggy Modell gebaut und das sieht super aus.

Die Karosserie ist in 4 Teile geteilt um sie drucken zu können. Die Teile können entweder mit Schrauben M3x6 und Muttern M3 miteinander verschraubt werden oder auch geklebt. dies bleibt Euch überlassen.

Die Anbauteile sind aus “Glow in the Dark” PLA gedruckt, was einen wirklich coolen Effekt erzeugt. Bei den Flammen habe ich zweifarbig gearbeitet um den Übergang von Gelb zu Rot zu realisieren. Alle Anbauteile werden in die entsprechenden Ausschnitte eingeklebt.

Vom Nummernschild findet Ihr zwei Versionen. Eines mit Totenköpfen darauf und eines ohne Beschriftung. Diese könnt Ihr im Slicer nach belieben selbst machen. Schrifthöhe sind dann 1mm und im zweifarben Druck entsteht auch hier ein cooler Effekt.

Mit Dabei ist noch ein Satz Halter um die Karosserie mit dem Fahrzeug zu verbinden. Diese habe ich auf mein Modell konstruiert, ob Ihr damit was anfangen könnt müsst Ihr ausprobieren.

Die Karosserie und die Halter wurden aus PETG im Profil 0,15mm Structural mit 4 Perimetern und 25% Infill mit Support und alle Anbauteile aus “Glow in the Dark” - PLA im Profil 0,15mm Structural mit 4 Perimetern und 25% Infill ohne Support auf einem Prusa MK4 gedruckt.

Die Modelle sind in Z zum Drucken bereits richtig ausgerichtet.

A model of a hot rod body for a 1/10 RC car.

I built it on a very old Graupner buggy model and it looks great.

The body is divided into 4 parts so that it can be printed. The parts can either be screwed together with M3x6 screws and M3 nuts or glued. This is up to you.

The attachments are printed from “Glow in the Dark” PLA, which creates a really cool effect. I worked in two colors for the flames to create the transition from yellow to red. All attachments are glued into the corresponding cutouts.

There are two versions of the license plate. One with skulls on it and one without lettering. You can make these yourself in the slicer as you wish. The font height is 1mm and the two-color print creates a cool effect.

There is also a set of brackets included to connect the body to the vehicle. I designed these on my model, you will have to try them out to see if you can do anything with them.

The body and the holders were printed from PETG in profile 0.15mm structural with 4 perimeters and 25% infill with support and all attachments from “Glow in the Dark” - PLA in profile 0.15mm structural with 4 perimeters and 25% infill without support on a Prusa MK4.

The models are already correctly aligned in Z for printing.
