Grease Gun

(Updated) Do not use this with anything that has alcohol. it will soften the Resin over time.

Modeled after the real metal grease guns from Taiwan. This is dimensionally accurate to the real thing only difference is the threads do not fit and not intended to swap parts with the metal version.

Curing instructions:

Make sure to cure the prints longer than normal. Resin swells when soaked in Isopropyl or Water when its not fully cured. It is mandatory to use Curing UV LED's in the interior of the models. (Recommended curing time 2 hours) Make sure print calibration is accurate.

Assembly Instructions:

Springs makes it hard to affix the plunger. Use zip-ties to compress the springs. The plunger and the plunger stem are keyed to prevent unthreading during use.

Post Processing:

Make sure to polish the interior of the tube. smoother the surface the better.

Note: Some Clear Coat sprays dissolve with alcohol (Rustoleum Clear 2X)
