Vasilii's Sonicare case is very well design but unfortunately it did not fit my smaller Sonicare 4100. This sleeve fits in the original Sonicare opening and securely holds the smaller 4100 series.
I did end up breaking off the center pin from the original case's cap. I believe this model will center the Sonicare appropriately to line up with the pin but you may need to break off yours as well.
This is a very snug fit. My sleeve is removable but depending on your print tolerances it may be difficult to remove after installation.
