This adapter makes hotend lower so it became compatible with default part cooling. Also hotend fan now blows air directly to radiator and not to heatblock.
Hardware needed
- Stock CR-200B hotend screws to attach adapter to toolhead
- Stock Drafonfly BMS screws to attach hotend to adapter
- 2pcs M3x5x4 heat inserts (voron-like)
Print instructions
Reorient model in slicer bigger side with 4 holes to be bottom
- Material: ABS/ASA or other high-temp. NOT PLA, better not PETG
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Extrusion width: 0.4mm
- Infill percentage: 20% or more
- Infill type: any
- Wall count: 4
- Solid top/bottom layers: 5
- Supports/Raft: no
