The height of the case is designed to place 12 mm high radiators for better cooling of the chokes and PWM controller. If you want to use a board without a heatsink, the height of the case can be reduced in the slicer.
Personally, I don't recommend using this board without additional cooling for charging with power greater than 20W per port.
Printing Instructions:
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm for standard printing.
- Line Width: 0.4 mm.
- For Best Appearance: Use a layer height of 0.16 mm.
- Grill.stl: should be printed without top and bottom layers, with 30% honeycomb infill pattern.
- Important: Calibrate the bridge print setting for the best accuracy of the holes for the Type-C connector.
- Material: Use any high-temperature filament; do not print using PLA filament.
Place the grid into the cutout in the top cover, add glue to fix it. Also for assembly you will need 4 pcs of M2*4 screws.
You may need to post-process the holes to ensure a tight fit of the connectors to the wall.
