Toniebox figure RFID mount

Base for toniebox custom figures & RFID tags, which can be used with Teddycloud or Teddybench.
The base consists of two parts - the lower mount containing the magnet & rfid tag.
The upper part which can be plain or customized with a figure on top.

The lower mount and the upper part can be clipped together - no need to glue.
Later they can be reopened using a phase tester or other screwdriver.
The rfid tags can simply be put between the lower and upper part - no need to stick them if you do not want to.

The magnet is press fit with ABS (e.g. use some tongs) into the lower part, so no need to glue, too.
There are different fitting magnets 10x3 or 20x3 - they can be mounted in the middle or side.
Depending on your magnets & rfid tags used, one might work better.

Personally I recommend the “10x3 side-x2” version with two 10x3 magnets as this worked for me the best in regards to RFID Tag connectivity and figure holding power on the toniebox.

Ensure you are using strong magnets (highly recommend original N52) - if you are using a figure & not strong enough magnets the figure will slight away from the toniebox.

If you want to print a figure on top of the upper part, just load your figure into your slicer.
Add the stl for upper part as “part” into your figure and move the figure 3mm in Z up.

I have added the Base without any magnet holes as .step file, so you should be able to add holes as needed if you have magnets different/slightly different due to production variation than the 10x3 or 20x3 magnets I use.
