Replace the stock upper links with turnbuckles and dial in the rear camber on the MJX Hyper Go 14301 to tweak the handling. May require running larger diameter wheels (check my other models) to clear the parts.
Hardware
- 2x M3x16 turnbuckles
- 2x Traxxas 7059 Rod Ends
Material
I recommend printing these in PETG at a slightly hotter temp to get good layer adhesion. Having tried these in ABS, I found the parts separating at the layer lines when putting in the turnbuckle.
Printing
This model is directional, and you will need a left and a right, however only one model has been uploaded. Clone the part and mirror it to print the arm for the opposite side. The model has a flat bottom for better build plate adhesion.
Sourcing
Finding such short M3 turnbuckles was a challenge, but I found mine from Slideology and sold by RCMart. The part number is SDY-0277R for Red, SDY-0277P for Purple and SDY-0277B fro blue.
