I designed quick and simple door hatch insert when original is loosened. Before inserting drill hole with 7mm wooden driller and use plastic hammer for tapping insert into drilled hole. After that simply screw hatch back. See pictures for more reference.
Since there are more standards world wide I am attaching also original model for remaking and redesign by your own.
