I'm using the FT EMS system on my Voron and wanted some zip tie mounts that used the new split nut design so I didn't have to try to place everything from the other side of the grids. You can also spin them to any orientation making it easier to shape curves and corners. As you can see in the pics, they do hold a bundle of 8x16awg wire nicely.
They also give you nice raised runs to for easier crossing of bundles (think highway overpass).
These use a m3x10 flat head to mount.
I printed with a .4 nozzle. Tried with my .6 and didn't like the result.
