This PG07 type cable support is intended to be super lightweight, so is thin and requires a strong filament with good layer adhesion for best results. I've had no trouble with ABS, but others report some cases of breaking along layer lines. In any event, I've switched to PPA-CF for these sorts of things lately, and that should solve any such issues.
Differences between this and the other options I could find:
Mounts the PG07 inline with the CAN Bus cable coming directly off of the toolhead board, for a cleaner path with significantly less cable-weight at the toolhead.
All aspects of it made with consideration to both weight and stability/robustness. Fluted main standoff for example, to keep it strong with less material.
Designed with ease of printing in mind. Supports are recommended, but will not be needed for small holes or the PG07 threads , allowing those features to easily print cleanly.
Designed with ease of use in mind. Space for wiring is built-in. One can usually install this without re-plugging things on their toolhead… Including the CAN Bus cable if relevant, as the cutout in the PG07 mount allows getting this around the cable from the side.
Works well with 3010 fan modded cable door: https://www.printables.com/model/952294-3010-3007-fan-cable-cover-for-galileo-2
Please use the affiliate links below for any supplies you may need for this. Design, testing, prototype prints and refinement amounted to hours of work, and I will certainly do more of this if it ever starts paying off. :-)
Regarding Locktite: No locktite is needed with the plastic standoff. For aluminum, I recommend the weak stuff, such as Loctite 222, 6ml: https://amzn.to/3zpIShE or 50ml: https://amzn.to/3L7HHG2. Even with the weak stuff, use the tiniest drop here to avoid heatset insert damage on future maintenance.

ALTERNATE: I've included a printable standoff with the .stls, though I prefer the aluminum one above.
