This is a hook that can be mounted into the floor rails of an Renault Espace IV used for fitting the seats. To connect the bottom and top part just use a M8x30 screw and nut (with 13mm hexagon head).
Put it loose into the rail and begin to tighten with the hook. this rotates the bottom part in the rail and it hooks into the rail.
The Hook v3 ist the stiffest hook version.
Be aware that if printed on a 3D printer these are plastic parts and are not meant to fix heavy things with high force
