While making this project it is highly recommended to desolder the PCB which has the side buttons on it to keep it from rattling inside of the mouse and to make the mouse lighter.

This probably needs a quite well calibrated printer.

The Eos is a very barebones mouse. Currently it only has the right and left click.

Prerequisites - a dissassembled Logitech G402. You can use this video:
For Construction:

All of the construction parts (except the skates) come from the Logitech G402.

I used X-raypad Jade skates, but any other skates which come in the Finalmouse form factor should do. As a temporary replacement you can cut circular dots out of the original mouse skates and place them in the skate impressions.

You need 8 of the longer screws and 3 of the shorter screws out of the G402:

Printing:

I suggest a material like PLA or something at least as stiff. PETG was way too flexible for this print, which made the mouse not feel rigid.

There are probably other ways, in which it could be printed, but I used the following (the STEP files should be in the right orientations already).

Base - The base should be printed flat with supports under the places where the feet go. There is also a version with a slightly thinner version of the base that has no impressions for the skates. This should keep the sensor at the correct height.

Shell - The shell is printed at a 45 degree angle, with supports under the screw holes and other places where it looks needed.

Cable Fixture - This can just be printed flat.

Clicks - Should be printed vertically with supports placed on the poles, which touch the switches and probably some supports to keep it from moving while printing. Basically add supports anywhere where it looks needed.

Assembly:

Optional - Desolder the side buttons

Screw the PCB onto the Base and the Cable Fixture onto the front of the mouse

Screw the Clicks onto the Shell

Screw the Shell onto the Base and add the skates
