I've bought a ribbon/rubber band which came without a spool. So I made my own.
If you need other dimensions (Inner Width/Outer Diameter) just let me know. I haven't tried scaling it using the slicer but that may work as well.
For remixing I uploaded step files as well.

Printing
- Material: I used Prusament PLA
- Nozzle: 0.4mm
- Layer Height: 0.2mm, I used the SPEED@MK4IS profile from PrusaSlicer for my Prusa MK4
- Infill: 15%
- Perimeters: 2
- Support: not needed
- Orientation: Print with the sides facing the bed. You need to flip the top part.
Assembly
I first thought that I would maybe need to use some glue to keep the sides screwed together but the friction of the printed parts (at least in PLA) is so strong that it definitely won't unscrew itself.
