8/18/2024: Updated pictures to match the updated stl and CAD files.  Printing with organic supports and no top interface layer provides the best results I have found.

8/9/2024: Printing the fillet edges has been particular difficult to get the perfect roundness (as with any 3D Printer).  While you can print the model face up with support the amount of material nearly triples and is undesirable.  For this reason I have updated all models to use chamfers instead which are much easier and reliable to print.  I have also updated all models to add another .05 (.23) inches to the depth of the plate which allows the holes to be extruded inward by .05 (.18) so when using a black wall gang frame the plate sits flush against the wall.

There are several stencils available depending on use case.  All models with the exception of the recessed hexa can be printed face down without supports.  The recessed hexa model is better to print face up with supports underneath.  All holes support various types of inserts IE: RJ-45, HDMI and COAX.  Each one may be a tight fit, however if you exert a little bit of force they snap in and stay in without pushing back out.  Lots of hours was spent trying to find the right height of the inserts to support additional jacks.

The quad and hexa options fully support using a black wall gang frame.  This was the biggest reason the measurements are so precise in order to support the quad and hexa inserts but still retain maximum possible angle on the slant without compromising the durability of the insert itself.

Suggested to use PETG since it is a bit more durable.  Sliced in PrusaSlicer 2.8.0 with MK4 and MMU3 with White Generic PETG+ filament (Inland from Microcenter)

Disclaimer: The angled jacks and bottom row of the recessed hexa have enough clearance so the RJ-45 clips do not rest against the bottom.  A flat head screwdriver is recommended to undo the clip (A long fingernail will do as well).
