A mount for a Nema 14 toolhead designed for ProtoXtruder, to make it come out straight up instead of at an angle.

A simple mount to allow toolboards to have it's cables come out vertical instead of at an angle.
Primarily made for mounting with the ProtoXtruder v1 & v2, but should fit other Nema 14 pancake stepper motor printheads with and open design.
Like the Sherpa Mini, LIBRA Mini, maybe even VzBot. Not sure on the last one though.
The different versions are because of the added electronic components on the EBB36 that needs to have a 2mm offset and a particular mounting surface on to it, to not clamp on to components, with this mount.
