This is the central mounting piece for an older Ford (Focus C-Max) with which the fog light is mounted in its housing. This model can't be found as a separate spare part, only the whole fog light assembly is available, as far as some research confirmed.
Both the left and right mounts are uploaded as .stl files, check which one you need before printing. :)
I suggest a .10 or .20 layer height, 15% infill (doesn't really matter with a 0.4 nozzle), and supports on the print bed only (grid support is OK). Suggested print orientation is the top layout you can see on the photo of the 3D printed models.
The commissioned model was printed in PLA, as it is neither directly reached by sunlight, nor carrying a significant amount of weight, but feel free to print it in PETG or ABS if you have the necessary equipment (buildplate and nozzle).
