Saw this video by Optimum on a super lightweight mouse mod and wanted to make my own perfect mouse - both super lightweight and the productivity of my MX Master.
The result ends up being 60g total, and retains pretty much all of its existing functionality (minus the old middle button). It's also printed with virtually no supports and optimally for pretty decent durability. It doesn't feel flimsy; is remarkably ergonomic; and eliminates palm sweat.

You will need a small 1.5mm Drill bit and a small Philips screwdriver
No additional hardware needed - all screws from donor Logitech MX Anywhere 2 mouse. The 4 Screws holding the case together are used to attach the L+R mouse buttons and back panels for some feet. The rest of the screws in the circuit board and battery tray are used identically. Ignore the screws left in the top shell.
Follow this guide to breakdown the donor mouse and follow up to step 5.
Please see the .3mf for my print settings in Orca Slicer - I've tested both PLA and PETG-CF and both work great (PETG-CF just has a way nicer finish). The STL contains all the parts, just separate them.

I printed the feet separately, out of a more slippery filament, and because they are more likely to detach from the print bed.
Or alternatively you can buy some mouse skates
Before screwing the circuit board to the new frame, make sure to drill out all the holes to approx 1.5mm (especially the small ones), I did mine by hand with a small handheld drill. This it to prevent the screws exploding the printed screw holes, particularly the front scroll wheel one, which has quite thin walls to fit inside the black piece.
Be careful not to over-tighten the screws or they will just rip out.
