Burger keychain

Cool object for your keychain.

This is an easy print. Some glue work is required after the print. Some string is needed to make it a keychain. I have used a 2 mm white string.

All STLs are already in the correct orientation and should print without any problems.

Print everything except the pin once. Print the pin twice.

After the print you have 11 parts as shown on the picture.

Glue the 2 pins into the lower bread. The pins will guide you with the assembly.

Glue the lower lettuce layer onto the lower bread. Please note that the lower lettuce layer has only the 2 holes for the pins but no hole in the middle.

Glue the lower meat layer onto the lettuce layer. Please note that the lower meat layer has only the 2 holes for the pins but no hole in the middle.

Glue the lower cheese layer onto the meat layer. Please note that the lower cheese layer has only the 2 holes for the pins but no hole in the middle.

Glue the tomatoe layer onto the cheese layer. There is only one tomatoe layer in the burger.

Glue the upper meat layer onto the tomatoe layer. Please note that the upper meat layer has an inset between the 2 holes to hold the string of the keychain.

Glue the upper cheese layer onto the meat layer. Please note that the upper cheese layer has a hole in the middle between the 2 holes for the pins.

Glue the upper lettuce layer onto the cheese layer. Please note that the upper lettuce layer has a hole in the middle between the 2 holes for the pins.

Prepare the string. Fiddle the string through the upper bread as shown on the picture. The string must form a loop.

Burger keychain assembly part 11

It is helpful to secure the loop of the string with an object when you insert the knot. Check if you are happy with the length of the loop. Otherwise adjust the position of the knot.

Put some glue on the knot. Glue the upper bread onto the lettuce layer. Let the glue dry. Your burger keychain is now ready for use.
