Brio Style (Wood Train) model components - Emma

My grandson loves trains.  Recently we discovered a show on YouTube called Crotoonia and he loves those train characters.  We have been making some of these trains by converting off-the-shelf trains into these little gems!  This one is of Emma.  I used a model available from Amazon ( https://www.amazon.com/Hoarost-Unfinished-Unpainted-Magnetic-Handicraft/dp/B0D46MYK8Y/ref=sr_1_2?sr=8-2 ).  You will have to cut the stack and other piece off in front of the cab.  When you print the Face part you will need to increase the size by 10%.  This allows for the whistle and boiler to touch the cab but there will be a little gap up front and so use the spacer and glue it in to fill that void.  We use Gel Super Glue and it seems to work well.  The wife is the artist and did all the painting and I think it turned out great!  I also included a pic form the cartoon for comparison.
