GizmoGorilla's design was great, I just needed something a little narrower. Also refined the lead edge to get in the corners better.
Printing notes:
- PETG (black, or anything very dark).
- .30 mm draft layer (this was only to cut down the printing time).
- 4 perimeter layers.
- Support on build plate only.
I have added a step file to make it easier to alter the slot widths, handle, leading edge, etc.
I did have issues with the support material sticking to the bottom side of the handle. More that usual. It took a while to clean up. Prusa MK3S defaults were used except as noted above. Not sure if it was because of the higher layer thickness. Any suggestions would be welcome.
I did not take a picture of the print after it was first done and at this point I really don't think you want to see a picture of it. 😜
