IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please only use a flexible filament. I used an 89A Shore Hardness PLA from Ataraxia. If made of ridged PLA, PETG, ABS, etc., and the tuck comes partially out of position and is sticking out, it will will impale you. Trust me.

We have large, washable covers on our sectional, couches and chairs. Most come with cardboard triangles or small foam noodles but sometimes they get crushed (or accidentally washed). The latter is very bad news for the cardboard ones.

This print is made to replace the ones that fail but must be made from flexible material.

Printing notes:

  1. 0.15 mm layer.
  2. Flexible PLA.
  3. Stretch the piece to any length you want.
  4. Use a glue stick layer on the bed for the flexible PLA.
  5. Though the filament I used did print well with standard PLA settings, I did get a lot of small filaments. I presume some tweaking of retraction, etc. might help.

That should cover it.

One final thing before I forget, ONLY USE FLEXIBLE filament. 😬

Don't reenact 15th century scenes of “Vlad the Impaler", please.
