I printed mine in PETG, 0.40 mm nozzle, 5 vertical walls and 100% infill. It locks the lock in place, I'll probably work on a don't-need-to-unlock-the-lock-to-remove-it mount in the future.

My bike light that uses a Garmin mount was wobbly and I identified the mount as being the main reason. I made that washer, it works great.
Self explanatory model. Use (up to M6) screws to tighten everything in place. Print the pivot piece with pointy side of the hole pointing up. You might want to shorten the pivot or ideally use a kid's bike fork.
