[FT Panel] Voron V0 (v0.2 in particular) side seal helper

After seing and implementing this sealing block on my voron 0.2 there was still a gap (probably due to added foam on panels) so to make it work I modified FT-Panel_Bracket.stl from original model to make it push onto tophat acrylic panels…
