Dank einer kostenlosen Vorlage im Internet habe ich dieses Knotenübungsbrett mit Ring, Klampe, Poller und Reling erzeugt. Empfehlenswert wäre hier, mehr Füllung zu geben, da die Seile bzw. Knoten einen gewissen Druck erzeugen könnten.
