Print them 2x, the just flip one, have m4 screw go through them, you will need an insert for them, ( i used the ones you melt in) Use TPU for the rings if you want to use them, otherwise i dont think they are needed.
I have designed a jig to help you with spin dyes, I recommend putting some silicone mats over top. you can buy them on amazon for baking, they grip well, are thin and a few strips will go a long way.
