You shuld use supports for the overhangs.
Shortened it a lot. Just print two in PLA (or any filament of your choice) and stick to something with double sided tape like in the pictures

The .3mf contains the print profile for the bambu slicer where I modified the bottom like how you see it in the pictures. You could also just remove top and bottom layer for the first 6mm of the print an use like 10 walls for that part.…
Adapted the Filter frame to HEPA. Print grid down. You may need to trim the filter down a bit so it will fit properly
