To get the boxes to fit I started by clipping off the tabs but after the first batch I modified the file.

1x1 holder for 1/8 inch (3mm) bits. Available in two heights (4=31.75 or 6=45.75mm). With magnet holes. Bit holes are 22mm deep. Easy print, no supports needed.
