All credits go to @ LukasQ , I just mirrored his RPi4 model to also fit for other Pi's. The panel can be mounted to the Pi using a M2.5 screw, a nut as a spacer between the pi and the panel, and another nut to fix it all.
I developed this as a tool to provided sensor inputs that would drive 4, separate relay outputs from a 30 Vdc PS. It uses a RPI3b, a 5 Vdc buck converter and a quad relay module. It also includes a 2 line LCD display
