Print in PETG (PLA will deform in the sun) and use 4 brass insert (M3*6*5) + 4 M3 screws (intended for 10mm long screws but you can use as short as 7mm, wouldn't go below as the wind deflector is 2mm thick and the insert have 6mm thread)
